The problem
The Bulgarian tech community is active — conferences, meetups, workshops, and hackathons happen constantly. But finding out about them meant following dozens of separate websites, social media pages, and email lists. Events were easy to miss simply because there was no single source of truth.
What I built
EventHive aggregates tech events in one place, making it easy to discover what's coming up, filter by type or location, and never miss something worth attending. Built for the community, by someone who's been part of it for years.
Highlights
- Aggregates events from multiple sources
- Filter by category, date, and location
- Built for the Bulgarian tech community
Built with
- Laravel
- MySQL
- AWS
- Tailwind CSS
The problem
Finding a group fitness class — yoga, spinning, crossfit, dance — meant checking the websites of every gym and studio in your city individually. There was no way to compare schedules, no way to search across providers, and no way to know what was available near you without spending an hour clicking around.
What I built
Grupovi.bg aggregates group fitness classes from gyms and studios across Bulgaria into one searchable platform. Find something that fits your schedule and location without the manual searching — then head straight to the studio to book.
Highlights
- Aggregates classes from gyms and studios nationwide
- Search by city, class type, and time
- Saves hours of manual browsing
Built with
- Laravel
- MySQL
- AWS
- Tailwind CSS

Live Insights Widget
A PoC widget built for the 2026 FIFA World Cup to test how much AI tooling alone could speed up development. Our PMs kicked things off in Lovable to shape the base functionality, then I took over — migrating everything to Next.js with a Node backend, wiring up all the data, and setting up tests. The entire build was done with Cursor. We shipped it as a free add-on for our clients.

OddsPortal.com
Our parent company, Livesport, asked us to help redesign and maintain oddsportal.com. It ran on a 15-year-old codebase with PHP, HTML and JS mixed in the same files, a little OOP and no framework. My team and I planned the work and decided a clean rewrite was the right approach. It took about a year and a half, and the site now runs on Laravel, Vue.js and Tailwind CSS, all on current versions.

BetExplorer.com
Another Livesport website that we were asked to help with. My team and I migrated all of its old MySQL queries to an existing GraphQL API and added new features along the way. Another team in the company looks after it now.

SportTube.com
A project we built from the ground up: a social network for video, where anyone could upload clips from events happening that day. It was written in PHP with CodeIgniter and hosted on AWS. By the end everything ran in containers, and it scaled well.
Enetpulse Ads Service
Several Enetpulse products needed to run ads, and we needed the flexibility to run them our own way, so we built a whole ad system. The backend was PHP, while all the logic for displaying ads lived in vanilla JS. We used Elasticsearch to analyse campaigns in real time and decide which ad to show each visitor based on click-through rate and country.
Enetpulse ODDS Service
My team and I added new bookmaker feeds to our system, parsing and storing all the odds data each bookmaker provides. It was a really interesting project, because every part of the code had to be optimised to run faster than before.
Enetpulse Internal System
Together with the team, I worked on our internal system for preparing project requests and managing customer subscriptions and customer details. Customer information was synced with our CRM, so both places always stayed up to date.
Enetpulse AWS Infrastructure
About a year after joining the company, I also joined the on-call team responsible for all our servers in the cloud. I set up and configured new servers, and maintained the existing ones and every project running on them.

Catalog.bg
The company's main website: an online directory of businesses, like the Yellow Pages, sorted into categories. Visitors could find contact details for small and large companies and browse their portfolios. My main responsibility was maintaining the legacy codebase. With the rest of the team, I also added articles across the whole site and worked on a small redesign.

Point.bg
A sister site to catalog.bg, focused on finding places near you. It was built around a Google Maps integration with custom markers placed by each location's coordinates, and each marker opened details about that place. My main tasks were maintaining the site and upgrading to a new Google Maps API version, which meant rewriting almost all of the integration.
CMB - Customer Management Box
A SaaS platform we built but never released publicly, using PostgreSQL, PHP and jQuery. It let users create landing pages that collected sign-ups into a database, where they could then tag and manage those contacts much like in a CMS. Everything was configurable, with drag-and-drop ordering and custom fields.
LMS - Like My Share
A content management system for Facebook pages. It handled the whole process of scheduling the week's posts, including an approval step before anything went out. Our team managed pages for clients, and the system let us control what was published and when, and see if anyone had missed a post for the day.
