A concise, practical story of how we turned a single uploaded image into 39 different outputs in under two seconds, already stored in S3 by the time the user needs them. I walked through the full journey: the naive first attempts, the experiments across different technologies and languages, and the solution that made it to production.

I don't just attend the community — I help build it. Since 2021 I've grown from volunteer to core organiser across three of Bulgaria's most prominent tech events. Running a conference is project management, people coordination, and logistics all at once — a completely different skill set from speaking at one.

Started on the Heralds team — announcing speakers and running Q&As. Took on more each year until leading the team and joining the core organising group.

Involved from the very first edition — speaking and volunteering simultaneously. Three years of growing investment led to joining the team that makes it happen.
